The Lobster Boat in Merrimack, New Hampshire was established in 1984, and is now owned and operated by Ben Workinger. The Lobster Boat has been a landmark for quality seafood and casual friendly service for many years. The Lobster Boat is a very popular destination for families, businessmen and seniors. Li'l Lobster Boat of Litchfield, New Hampshire opened May 1, 2002. The Litchfield restaurant is owned and operated by Ben Workinger, Jr. and Jon Workinger. Li'l Lobster Boat of Tyngsboro, Massachusetts opened October 14, 2002. The Tyngsboro restaurant is owned and operated by Steve Varrieur and Jerimiah Varrieur.

Over the years the restaurants have won many awards including "Best Seafood Restaurant in New Hampshire", "Best Seafood in Greater Nashua", and the Nashua Telegraph has awarded us "Best Seafood" and "Best Waitstaff".
